- Mundane Place-

“Mundane Place” 品牌名称意为“平凡中的精神场所”。其中，“Mundane” 意为平凡的、尘世的，代表冗杂和重复的日常生活；而“Place”则取自建筑学术语，代表场所精神的守护神，是地方的灵魂。两者结合，表示物以载道，物质是精神和灵魂的现实体现，且精神与灵魂凌驾于物质之上。Mundane Place希望通过首饰来表达对精神力量与灵魂定力的追求。

-Mundane Place-

The brand name “Mundane Place” means “a spiritual place within the ordinary.” “Mundane” means ordinary and worldly, representing the miscellaneous and repetitive routines of daily life; “Place,” by contrast, is drawn from architectural terminology, representing the genius loci—the guardian spirit and soul of a place. Together, the two suggest that objects carry the Way: the material is the tangible embodiment of spirit and soul, while spirit and soul transcend the material. Through jewelry, Mundane Place hopes to express its pursuit of spiritual strength and the steadfastness of the soul.

-vol.2 心湖无漾系列-

灵感来源于美国建筑师，“建筑界的诗哲”，路易斯康(Louis Isadore Kahn)的经典代表作之一——萨尔克生物研究所(Salk Institute for Biological Studies)。在周围大理石般的建筑的注视下，面向太平洋的湖泊造景静静伫立，空间与时间彷佛在日月星辰的流转中凝固。我们的内心也时刻应如同湖水般从容，不管沧海桑田、斗转星移，都有接纳万物变化的胸怀。

这一季，我们探索了建筑廓形感与女性躯体的关系，并创新性地打造了“湖水纪念碑式”的设计，形式上，既保留了当代主义的大胆的廓形，又适当减弱其夸张感，适应日常佩戴且兼具个性；或方形或椭圆的玉石代表了充盈的湖水，它们在大理石的底座上形成了一种克制而优雅的秩序，这呼应了佩戴者向内求的包容与淡定的意志。可活动的连接设计更贴合身体空间，给予佩戴者舒适的佩戴体验。本季的Mundane Place让当代艺术更立体地萦绕于我们的躯体与精神。

-Vol. 2: The Unrippled Mind Lake-

Inspired by one of the classic masterpieces of American architect Louis Isadore Kahn, “the poet-philosopher of architecture”—the Salk Institute for Biological Studies. Under the gaze of the surrounding marble-like architecture, the lake landscape facing the Pacific stands quietly, as if space and time were frozen amid the turning of the sun, moon, and stars. Our inner selves should likewise always be as serene as lake water, with a heart broad enough to embrace all changes in all things, no matter how the world changes or how time passes.

This season, we explored the relationship between architectural silhouettes and the female body, and innovatively created a “monumental lake” design. In form, it retains the bold silhouettes of contemporary style while appropriately softening their exaggerated feel, making them suitable for daily wear while retaining individuality. Square or oval jade stones represent the brimming lake water; on marble bases, they form a restrained and elegant order, echoing the wearer’s inward pursuit of acceptance and calm resolve. The articulated connections better conform to the body’s spaces, offering the wearer a comfortable wearing experience. In this season, Mundane Place shapes contemporary art to linger more three-dimensionally around our bodies and spirits.
