Room 1625 takes its name from the house number of the first apartment rented by the founder and friends during their study in New York. In this largest urban jungle in the world, the light shining through the dining room of the apartment at night became a sense of belonging for these strangers in a foreign land. We used to sit around under this beam of light, taking "home" as the blueprint to start weaving our own stories.

Room 1625 hopes to establish a new coordinate for all souls who have once wandered in the city like us. The brand draws inspiration from architecture — just as architecture outlines the space of a city with structures and lines, we are willing to help wearers find a balance between urban contours and personal expression.
