成蟲计划 Project Imago 是于2022年成立的首饰—可穿戴雕塑实验室。

在古中文中，一切生灵有虫的统称。完全变态发育昆虫羽化成熟的最终阶段称为成虫。“成蟲”既象征原初杂糅，也隐喻变化终结。

四位创始成员来自于罗德岛设计学院，哈佛大学，和麻省理工学院，分别学习当代首饰，开放性影视媒介，运算化设计以及建筑设计。我们致力于将算法生成的复杂形体，与只能由手工实现的表面处理相结合，使作品呈现模糊的时间尺度。

过去，现在，与未来相互堆叠。

About Us

Project Imago is a wearable sculpture lab established in 2022. It was formerly an experimental jewelry research project initiated by four students from Rhode Island School of Design.

In ancient Chinese, all living things were collectively called "虫". The final stage of metamorphosed insects in their life cycle was called "Imago". "成蟲 Imago" symbolizes both the primordial chaos and a metaphorical end stage.

The studio’s four current members come from Rhode Island School of Design, Harvard University, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, respectively studying contemporary jewelry, film open media, computational design, and architecture. We are committed to combining hyper detailed algorithm-generated shapes with surface treatments that can only be achieved by handcrafting, to present works that blur the boundaries of space and time
